About Us
Fumar is a Polish group of companies operating internationally since 1999, uniting Fumartech and Fumarturbo to deliver end-to-end solutions for the power-generation market.
Fumartech focuses on power-plant services: site surveys and due diligence, turnkey power-plant relocation (dismantling, packaging, transport, and re-installation), commissioning support, controls and auxiliaries integration, and project management. Clients choose us to de-risk acquisitions of used power-plant equipment with documentation audits (EOH/FFH logs, inspection reports) and logistics that shorten time-to-power.
Fumarturbo specializes strictly in industrial gas turbines and industrial steam turbines—used/second-hand turbines for sale, sourcing, and complete turbine packages with auxiliaries (air intake/exhaust, fuel gas systems, lube-oil, cooling, control systems, and 50 Hz/60 Hz generators). Our team regularly handles heavy-duty frames and aero-derivatives, including GE Frame 9E, Siemens/Ansaldo/Alstom classes (e.g., SGT-800/SGT-400, GT13E2), and matching HGP parts (blades, vanes, combustor components) for overhaul programs.
Our past projects include cooperation with Siemens Energy and Ethos (EthosEnergy), where we followed OEM standards and best practices in sourcing, inspection, and installation.
Organization
The founder and CEO of Fumar is Tomasz Wolny – an expert in the field of industrial energy, who has been working in the industry for almost 25 years. He offers his knowledge and experience to our clients and partners. He takes the role of a project manager for key projects and is the main contact point for new business clients.
